Annoying
questions

  1. aMOVE
    If aMOVE plays low sound, and the volume cannot be turned up. Delete aMOVE from the Bluetooth overview on your device and connect again.
    aMOVE plays scratchy/stuttering sound. Move aMOVE closer to the connected device. Check if there is enough battery on aMOVE by pressing the button on the back. The LED light will be white if it is fully charged. Blue if it is 50% charged, and red if less than 10% battery is left.
  2. aGROOVE
    If aGROOVE plays low sound, and the volume cannot be turned up. Delete aGROOVE from the Bluetooth overview on your device and connect again.
    aGROOVE plays scratchy/stuttering sound. Move aGROOVE closer to the connected device. Check if there is enough battery on aGROOVE by looking at its front. The LED light will be red if aGROOVE needs to be charged.
  3. toCHARGE
    If toCHARGE does not charge. Press the button on the back. The LED light will show four dots if it is a 100% charged, 3 if it is 75% charged, 2 if it is 50% charged, and 1 if it is has less than 25% battery left. If no dots appear, the power bank needs to be charged. Check the cable for cracks or other defects. Alternatively, try another cable.
  4. aOWL
    If aOWL does not connect automatically. aOWL has a power saving mode that switches off the product if not in use for a longer amount of time. Reset aOWL by switching it off and switching it on using the knob on the back.
